Class times: Tuesday 7.15 – 8.15 pm and Thursday 1.30 – 2.30 pm. Yoga can be practised by anyone.  It is an alchemy of mind, body and spirit.  The moment – or the stillness – between each pose gives you the opportunity to move inside and listen to what your body is saying. Listen carefully.

Let go of your ambition. Have infinite time.
