We seem to be living in more and more stressful times and sometimes it can be good just to find that bit of space in your life to relax and let go of all that stress and tension!
Does that sound good? Then treat yourself and come along to the Deep Relaxation class. This is your time to just let go and relax, and forget about all those stresses ……. just for a short time! You will find that even this small amount of time devoted to sheer relaxation will make a huge difference to your stress levels during the following week.
