Yoga
Yoga can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, sex or physical activity. This mixed ability class will introduce beginners to the basic ‘asanas’, whilst challenging those with more experience.
The moment, or the stillness, between each pose gives you the opportunity to move inside and listen to what your body is saying. Listen carefully.

These small friendly classes take place in our lovely Centre close to Basingstoke, Baughurst & Tadley, and within easy reach of the surrounding villages. The class is taught by Mark Robinson.
Times:

Can anyone tell me the cost of these classes? Can we just come along and pay as we go, or do we have to pay in a block for all sessions upfront?

The best way to pay is to buy a class card. You only use up a class when you attend and can use it to attend any of our classes, so it gives you complete flexibility. From 1st October they will be £80 for 10 classes. At the moment they are £50 for 7 classes so if you buy one now you will save money. You can use your credit or debit card to buy one over the phone by calling 01256 850521, and then pick it up when you attend your first class, or just buy one when you come along.
