It is a time for planting and we have lovely new hanging baskets, new signs and a dwarf cherry tree set in a pentagram shaped bed.

The Pentagram is a symbol of a star which is sometimes encased in a circle. Always with 5 points (one pointing upward), each has its own meaning. The upward point of the star is representative of the spirit. The other four points all represent an element; earth, air, fire, and water. All these things contribute to life and are a part of each of us.

The truth is that pain is a useful signal telling us we need to address something physically, and simply taking painkillers is not necessarily the solution. We have become accustomed to taking an aspirin or paracetomol or ibuprofen when we have pain.  We can learn to deal with pain much more effectively, and naturally, through meditation or hypnosis.
