I grew up in the Scottish Highlands and travelled extensively around Europe, and in Asia and Central America, gaining valuable life experience. Much of my working life has been spent in the Care Sector as a keyworker and support worker. I have worked with the following:

• Domestic violence
• Sexual abuse
• Mental Health
• Young people

As a result of my own personal experiences of counselling and recognising the need of others for support, I was led into training as a counsellor, and chose to train with Relate because of their outstanding reputation.

I am expanding the work that I do, and now offer Couple and Relationship Therapy, not only for married or co-habiting couples, but also for parent/child relationships, siblings and business partners or co-workers.

I am offering the following workshops:

• Effective Communication
• Couples workshops
• Becoming aware of who we are through our life story
