             Smoking cessation  £200 for 2 sessions + 12 month guarantee

             Kinesiology   £50 per session + cost of supplements (if required)

             Shamanic healing    £50 per session

             Reiki   £35 per session 

Helen Fogg has been in practise for over 15 years. She offers a combination of therapies which include:

Hypnotherapy – studied with the Association of Stress Management 1994-96, followed by many additional workshops and training courses. She is currently a director and featured therapist of the Hypnotherapy Association, and is on the committee of UKCHO, which is working towards regulation of the hypnotherapy industry. 

Smoking Cessation – studied with Easystop 2003

Kinesiology – studied with the John Logue College 2003-04

Holistic Retuning – studied with Jayne Williams 1999 – 2000

Shamanic Practitioner Training – studied with Eagle’s Wing School of Contemporary Shamanism 2005 – 06

Reiki I and II – attuned by Pat and Martin at Spectrum 1999

Reiki Master Level - attuned by David Marsh 2007

Life Coaching – studied with The Coaching Academy  2002 – 03
